The clientele served by our organization:

The QBBE has been the educational resource organization for the Black Community for the past 38 years. Thus it makes representation to the government, provides advocacy, research, program development, and knowledge dissemination about education issues impacting the Black community. Our organization serves families, elementary students, and high school students.
